My friend in Winchester took me here and he called it a little hole-in-the-wall place. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night but the staff was friendly and welcoming. I just wanted a hamburger and I received a very good hamburger with all the trimmings and it was delicious. My friend ordered a hamburger with onion rings on the onion rings look spectacular. A very casual place not fancy but you're going to get some good food here. It's wheelchair accessible.

Food really good. Esp their pies. but I have to say it feels and looks dirty. Maybe the walls jus need to be painted. But looks like they've not been cleaned in ages. I can't help but wonder how clean kitchen is. I've eaten there 3 or 4 times and haven't gotten sick yet.

I knew Skip before he passed he was a good person, I am in Cardiac therapy and I stop by Skip's and get a hamburger and fries, the food is A+ in my book, if your ever in Winchester stop by Skip's if you can find a parking place, everyone eats there, from Police, firemen, people passing through and the rest of us!!!
